ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT:
Thanks for purchasing our products at My PunkBroidery! We greatly appreciate your business! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. We ask that you please open your package(s) directly upon receipt and check contents to ensure everything is correct and in good condition.
If the product is damaged in any form, the wrong item was received or you have another issue with your order, we ask that you please contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt date.
If anything is unclear or you have more questions, please feel free to contact us using one of the following methods:
Coupon codes are void 1 year from issue date and will not be honored. Please use your gift certificates in a timely manner to prevent coupon codes from being voided by our system.
Only one coupon code may be used per order. We do not have the ability to “double up” on coupon codes. You may enter your coupon code (from a gift certificate) OR the Thankful Tuesday code, but not for the same order.
Due to the high volume of Thankful Tuesday orders, if you forget to use the Thankful Tuesday code, no refund will be given. The code is posted in the Announcement section every Sunday evening on our My PunkBroidery FB page.
We refund shipping overages when the overage is $3.00 or more. Please allow 2 business days for refunds to be entered by our staff.
Upon receipt of your order, you may have received a free vinyl sheet. We do this at random and hope that if you do receive a free sheet, that you will enjoy the surprise!
A $5 re-stocking fee is assessed to all cancelled orders. ($5 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund).
ADD TO ORDER:
If you are wanting to add to your order, please place another order and put in the comments section: “please add to previous order#” and we will do our best to combine your orders.
If your order says dispatched, then it has already shipped and is not eligible for additions or changes.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
If you are wanting to make changes and your order has not been dispatched:
Message us ASAP using one of the following methods:

Put a note in the comments section what changes you are requesting and we will do our best to accompany your request.
If your order says dispatched, then it has already shipped and the above does not apply.
COVID 19 & HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our delivery partner, USPS is experiencing delays. The U.S. Postal Service is overwhelmed right now due to an unprecedented number of packages and a limited number of employees. Some packages are taking up to 2 weeks or longer to be received.
We encourage you to track your package by visiting the USPS website (www.usps.com) and track your package using the tracking# you receive from us.
All of our vinyls can be washed and dried along with being used for sewing and embroidery except for our HTV (heat transfer vinyl).
