**1-20-22  DUE to possibly having a bad batch of ink we are selling these as is no refunds and flawed -- some have had problems with the ink coming off after turning and some said it happened before they started -- we are going to just sell these as is (they may be okay) and have that design printed on a different style of vinyl and try again.**  We found that if you put Pellon Fuse Vinyl on it -- it helps seal in the ink.

It is very pliable and has a soft brushed backing

This is a printed vinyl, soft, pliable with some stretch.  Unlike Marine or Promo vinyl the surface images can be distorted if overstretched, overstitched or handled roughly.
